Job Description
As a Cart Pusher, you will move, and mark finished goods and scrap foam from various machinery and departments. You will assist various areas of operations with positioning foam onto pallets for production or shipping.
Responsibilities:
- Move empty flats to the end of conveyor lines
- Unload any leftover foam blocks on conveyors
- Move finished and unfinished products as needed throughout the operation
- Ensure all flats of material have tickets
- Use hand trucks, buggies, or other material-handling equipment
- Assist in the wrapping department as needed and other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Eligible to legally work in the United States
- High School diploma or equivalent education
- Attendance/Punctuality – Is consistently at work and on time.
- Quality – Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; maintains a clean and organized work environment.
- Safety – Observes all safety procedures and policies; Reports potentially unsafe conditions to supervisor; Uses equipment and materials properly.
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions

Please keep in mind that the above is the range is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
