Job Description
As a Shop Lead you will work with the cabinetry department to complete and fulfill project needs for current jobs assigned. You will work with the director and management as well as work with both contractors and customers. You will work to oversee all shop employees and maintain inventory, production, and installation standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all workers are assigned to required areas or job duties
- Make sure projects are staying on deadline and all required inventory and tools is accounted for
- Work directly with design teams and customers to achieve and implement their visions
- Load and unload materials at company and job sites
- Work with power and hand tools to complete all projects
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3+ years of cabinetry or carpentry experience. Work with blueprints or CAD is a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with power and hand tools and general construction knowledge
- Punchout and assembly background is also a plus ‘
- Background as a lead or in management setting
