Job Description:

This growing organization is seeking a Business Systems Analyst Manager to lead their growing team of analysts in supporting a cloud-first, API-driven platform. In this pivotal leadership role, you will bridge the gap between marketing, technology, and operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software features that empower our users and streamline critical back-office processes.
Responsibilities:   
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead and develop a team of Business Systems Analysts, overseeing workload prioritization, resource allocation, and professional performance.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a vital link between product owners, technical teams, and business leaders to align project goals and streamline prioritization.
- Requirements Excellence: Ensure the delivery of clear, concise, and high-quality business requirements documentation for software product features.
- SDLC Oversight: Support the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks within a cloud-first, API-driven environment.
- Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational efficiencies, documenting tasks, and tracking key team performance metrics.
- Agile Integration: Facilitate collaboration during sprint ceremonies and serve as the primary escalation point for business issues and prioritization conflicts.
Qualifications and Requirements:   
- 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, including at least 2 years in a dedicated leadership or management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and modern requirements management best practices.
- Exceptional coaching and team-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with high attention to detail and a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 – $130,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
