Job Description:
Join a collaborative technology and business team as a Business Analyst, where you will translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that drive effective technology solutions. You will partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand processes, identify improvements, and ensure alignment with business goals, leveraging strong analytical skills and clear communication in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on requirements and outcomes.
- Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Elicit, document, and refine business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and process mapping.
- Translate requirements into clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery activities by clarifying requirements and answering team questions.
- Validate delivered solutions and support user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business expectations.
- Maintain documentation including process flows, data mappings, and business rules.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analysis practices, tools, and standards across teams.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a technology or software delivery environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex concepts.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $80,000 – $95,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
