Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- RPA Development (SS&C Blue Prism Chorus):
- Analyze business requirements to understand process inefficiencies and identify automation opportunities.
- Document detailed process flows, functional specifications, and technical requirements.
- Design and develop automated business processes using SS&C Blue Prism Chorus.
- Create and maintain process models, forms, rules, and integrations within the Chorus platform.
- Implement and configure Chorus workflows and related components.
- Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing Chorus solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SS&C Blue Prism Chorus features and best practices.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Full Stack Python Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications using Python.
- Work extensively with PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and data management.
- Utilize AWS container services (e.g., ECS, EKS) for efficient and reliable application deployment and scaling.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement new features and improvements.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with Blue Prism experience, experience on SS&C Blue Prism Chorus is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on Python development and modern front-end technologies.
- Solid understanding of relational database principles and hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
- Experience deploying and managing applications within container environments.
- Experience with database concepts and SQL.
- Background working in the annuity, insurance, and/or finance industry with a track history of automating investment management systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
