Job Description:
The Bilingual Spanish Lead Processor is responsible for overseeing labeling operations and supporting daily production activities within a manufacturing environment. This role operates and adjusts labeling machines and label applicators, ensures quality standards are met, and supports team productivity. Must be familiar with CTM systems and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
· Lead daily labeling operations to meet production goals
· Operate and troubleshoot labeling machines and label applicators
· Adjust labels and equipment settings to maintain proper alignment and quality standards
· Monitor labeling accuracy and compliance with company guidelines
· Train and assist team members with labeling procedures and equipment use
· Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish
· Utilize CTM systems to track and maintain production data
· Identify and resolve process issues to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
· Meet and exceed all safety, quality, and productivity standards
· Job duties may vary depending on production needs

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
· Previous experience as a Process Lead or in a manufacturing leadership role
· Hands-on experience with labeling machines and label applicators
· Ability to adjust and troubleshoot labeling equipment
· Familiarity with CTM systems
· Strong attention to detail and quality control
· Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment

In the spirit of pay transparency, we want to share the base salary range for this position is S18.00, not including benefits, potential bonuses or additional compensation once hired as permanent employee at our client. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
