Job Description:
The Recruiter will lead full-cycle hiring efforts for both hourly and salaried roles across a fast-paced industrial and manufacturing environment. This position requires strong sourcing skills, bilingual communication in English and Spanish, and the ability to build solid partnerships with hiring managers. The recruiter will manage pipelines, conduct interviews, attend hiring events, and ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process. Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of experience in high-volume or industrial recruiting.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and skilled positions.
- Conduct interviews and candidate communication in both English and Spanish.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide hiring recommendations.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring policies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or other high-volume environments.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).
- Strong sourcing abilities for both hourly and skilled trade positions.
- Experience using an ATS and standard recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

The base pay range for this position is $60,000–$70,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
