Job Description
As a Kitting Warehouse Lead, you will play a hands-on leadership role while actively participating in daily production activities. This position supports floor associates, coordinates workflow, and ensures quality and accuracy throughout the kitting and packaging process. You will oversee verification of kits before and after production while maintaining proper documentation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on work with team leadership and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Oversee packaging, kitting, and verification processes before and after production
- Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation
- Lead by example in quality, productivity, and professionalism
- Support daily workflow and act as a communication link between associates and leadership
- Participate in and lead team huddles and production meetings
Qualifications and Requirements
- Working knowledge of computers, including Microsoft Excel and email
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic mathematical calculations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable standing and working on the production floor 8–10 hours per shift
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
