Job Description
This role is responsible for overseeing full-cycle accounting and supporting accurate, timely financial reporting across multiple entities. You will play a key role in managing month-end close, maintaining the general ledger, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and comfort operating in a remote, deadline-driven environment.
You’ll collaborate with internal accounting leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy while helping streamline processes and maintain compliance.

Your Responsibilities
• Manage full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
• Oversee month-end and year-end close in alignment with reporting timelines
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support financial reporting and analysis for corporate accounting
• Review and post payroll-related transactions
• Maintain accuracy across multiple entities and accounting systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting

• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Experience with QuickBooks and/or Great Plains preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in a multi-entity or manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with month-end close and financial reporting
