Job Description
The Production Associate (Assembler) is responsible for assembling products according to specifications using hand and power tools. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints and work orders, and the motivation to work efficiently in a team-based manufacturing environment. Assemblers play a key role in ensuring product quality and meeting daily production goals. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a consistent schedule and long-term employment.
Responsibilities:
· Assemble products using hand and power tools according to work instructions
· Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and shipping tickets
· Identify products by size, type, style, color, or product code
· Verify accuracy of assembled parts and completed orders
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work daily
· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to start
· Experience using power tools in a manufacturing or assembly setting
· Solid reading, basic math, and reasoning skills
· Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
· Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

The base salary range for this position is approximately $35,360–$38,000 per year, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
