Job Description
As an Assembler, you’ll work hands-on with circuit boards, assembling and finishing pre- and post–surface mount components. You’ll follow detailed instructions, use a variety of hand tools, and help ensure each product meets customer and quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys precision work in a clean, climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities
· Assemble thru-hole electronic components on printed circuit boards following written instructions and drawings
· Verify correct component values, orientation, and placement using shop documentation
· Use hand tools and production equipment such as cutters, depaneling tools, pneumatic dispensers, and automatic screw guns
· Follow IPC-A-610 quality standards to ensure accuracy and neatness in all work
· Communicate any process or quality concerns to leadership and work cooperatively with team members
