Job Description
Responsible for managing cash receipts, invoicing, collections, and customer credit and tax documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, issue, and maintain invoices, including AIA contract billings.
- Manage collections activities, including payment follow-up and negotiation of payment arrangements.
- Record, reconcile, and prepare cash receipts for bank processing.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies while maintaining accurate account records.
- Perform customer credit reviews and handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Associate degree in accounting, business, or a related field preferred
- At least two years of experience in invoicing, accounts receivable, or collections functions
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functionality (e.g., pivot tables)
- Working knowledge of fundamental accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision

The base salary range for this position is $60000 – $75000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
