A local organization is looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to help with a 4–6-month project. Bring your experience to this organization that prides itself on serving others by doing what is right.
WHAT IS GREAT ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY?
- 4–6-month contract
- ONSITE
- Monday – Friday; 8:00am- 5:00pm
- $21.00 / hour – $25.00 / hour with some flexibility based on skills and experience
DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- High volume full cycle AP experience
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Associates Degree in Accounting preferred
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Process invoices with the payable system
- Reconcile purchase statements and obtain supporting documentation
- Obtain invoice approvals and prepare invoices for payment
