Administrative Assistant | South Charlotte 28273| 8:00 am – 5:00pm | Monday – Friday | $20 – $25 per hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office tasks, including filing, scanning, and office equipment support
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and correspondence and serve as the first point of contact
- Organize calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office
- Coordinate interviews with agencies and hiring managers and assist with contract worker scheduling
- Arrange travel and prepare expense reports
- Support employee engagement activities, including employee events, lunches, recognition programs, and all-hands meeting planning
- Learn company policies and procedures and respond to basic employee questions
- Adapt to shifting priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour depending on experience. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
