Job Description
Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at their Painesville, OH location. This role requires QuickBooks experience and some accounting knowledge, also assisting with Human Resources activities, and managing Inventory and Purchasing databases. Requires a high level of reliability and attention to detail.

This role requires QuickBooks experience and some accounting knowledge, also assisting with Human Resources activities, and managing Inventory and Purchasing databases. Requires a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist leadershipexecutive team with day-to-day business functions
- Support the company and employees with Human Resources tasks
- Manage purchasing of supplies and vendor relationships
- General Accounting duties, like AP/AR and reconciliation overview
- Assists with special projects as assigned or needed
Qualifications & Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates degree preferred
- QuickBooks and Excel experience necessary
- Knowledge of Human Resources is a plus
- Strong phone presence and written communication skills
- Great attention to detail, self-motivation and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office other products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Trustworthy to ensure confidentiality of company/employee information
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening
