Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Administrative & Financial Support Specialist to step in and provide immediate support during a transition period. This role is initially full-time for the next 3–6 months and focuses on handling a variety of day-to-day administrative and financial tasks. The environment is very directive—clear priorities are set, and you’ll be expected to execute tasks efficiently and independently.
This position is ideal for a strong systems learner who is comfortable working with databases, financial data entry, and presentation tools. While bookkeeping is outsourced, this role plays a critical part in payment receivables, donation tracking, and internal reporting. Long-term, this opportunity may evolve into one of several part-time roles depending on organizational needs.
Responsibilities
• Process bill payments and submit invoices through an online bill pay system (Bill.com or similar)
• Receive, track, and enter donations and payment receivables into the database
• Run reports from internal systems and databases (training provided)
• Create PowerPoint presentations and basic graphs for reporting and communication
• Perform approximately 4 hours per week of financial-related data entry
• Provide general administrative support and complete a variety of small but essential tasks
• Potential support with social media, website postings, and email communications

Qualifications and Requirements
• Strong administrative and data entry experience
• Comfortable learning new software systems quickly
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow directive workflows

• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently once trained
