Your New Role
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support a high-impact, short-term project following a recent acquisition with a new client for The Reserves Network. This role will focus on collections, customer outreach, and billing cleanup efforts to stabilize cash flow and improve payment processes. You will work directly with customers to resolve past-due balances, update payment methods, and ensure accurate billing data across systems. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where your ability to communicate effectively and drive results will make an immediate impact.
- Contact customers regarding past-due balances and failed payments
- Drive collections and establish payment plans as needed
- Transition customers to updated ACH/credit card payment methods
- Maintain and clean billing data within Stripe and internal systems
- Confirm billing contacts and customer account details
- Support contract data entry and organization
What You Bring
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections experience
- Strong customer communication skills with a professional, firm approach
- Experience working in high-volume invoicing or subscription environments
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize outreach effectively
- Proficiency with accounting or billing systems (Stripe experience preferred)
