Accounts Receivable Payroll Coordinator / Fort Mill, SC / First shift, Monday – Friday | $17.50 – $21.25 per hour

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
- Enter customer orders accurately and forward orders for processing.
- Complete warehouse transfers for consignment customers
- Prepare and process bills of lading for outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate shipments from the warehouse to customers.
- Invoice shipped orders, run invoice journals, review for errors, and submit invoices.
- Create and submit purchase orders to vendors as required.
- Receive and confirm purchase orders in the system when materials arrive.
- Process accounts payable invoices, apply GL codes, secure approvals, and submit to Head Office Payables.
- Prepare customs documentation for shipments leaving Canada, including Smart Border requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels at the warehouse and place replenishment orders as needed.
- Assist with semi-annual physical inventory counts.
- Perform costing for new products and maintain annual price lists.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Submit bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.
- Assist with new employee onboarding for Canada.
- Support employee benefits administration for Canada.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in accounting or business is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative, billing, payroll, or accounting-related work.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and VLOOKUP.
- Experience working with ERP systems; ability to quickly learn systems such as Chempax.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently and know when to seek guidance.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Approximately 75% office-based with prolonged sitting.
- Approximately 25% standing, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Constant communication with employees, peers, and managers is required.
- May be required to work outside normal business hours to support production needs.

The base pay range for this position is $17.50–$21.50, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
