Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to support the accounting team with high-volume invoice processing and financial data entry. This role will focus on accurately entering and processing accounts payable transactions while maintaining organized vendor records and ensuring timely payment processing.
The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and experience working within SAP, NetSuite, or similar accounting systems. This position offers a hybrid work environment and is a long-term temporary assignment expected to run through the end of the year.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-volume accounts payable data entry and invoice processing
- Enter vendor invoices accurately into SAP or NetSuite accounting systems
- Review invoices for accuracy and proper documentation prior to processing
- Maintain organized records of vendor invoices and payment transactions
- Assist with verifying invoice details and coding information as needed
- Support the accounting team with accounts payable documentation and reporting
- Help ensure invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Communicate with internal teams regarding invoice processing and documentation needs
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when handling financial data
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening test
- Must have 3-4 years of accounting or accounts payable experience preferred
- Experience with SAP, NetSuite, or similar accounting software strongly preferred
- Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a hybrid team environment

The base salary range for this position is $52,000-56,160, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
