Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our construction team. This individual will manage high volumes of vendor invoices, ensure proper coding and documentation, and coordinate with our Operations Center in Dallas for timely payments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and has prior experience with construction accounting processes.
Responsibilities:
• Process high volumes of vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Review and code invoices line by line to appropriate cost codes and contract numbers
• Coordinate invoice submissions and approvals with the Operations Center in Dallas
• Utilize Bill Pro to input, track, and manage invoices and payables
• Ensure accurate contract numbers and job cost coding prior to processing
Qualifications and Requirements:
• 3+ years of accounts payable experience; construction industry preferred
• Strong understanding of lien waivers, pay estimates, and retainage processes in construction
• Proficiency with Bill Pro or similar construction accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

The base pay range for this position is $28.00/hr., excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation.
