What You’ll Do:
- Process and verify expense and inventory invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice and payment issues
- Support improvements to accounts payable processes while ensuring compliance with company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous accounts payable, accounting clerk, or related finance experience OR a 2-year Accounting degree
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
