Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Work with Accounts Payable and internal teams to research discrepancies and resolve accounting issues
- Assist with banking, cash management and treasury functions
- Maintain and enhance internal controls and documentation for AP procedures
- Oversee and verify cash entries to ensure financial accuracy
- Step in to support broader finance activities during peak seasons
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- 1-3+ years of accounting, finance, or audit experience
- Working knowledge of core accounting concepts and reporting
- Ability to adapt to busy periods, with flexibility to work extended hours when needed
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities
