Job Description
Lead a five-person shared services accounting team while helping modernize and improve a growing finance operation. This role offers hands-on leadership, exposure to multi-site accounting, and the opportunity to drive automation, process improvements, and stronger financial operations.

What You Will Do
- Lead and develop a five-person shared services accounting team responsible for AP, AR, and cash applications across multiple locations.
- Support month-end and year-end close activities and preparation for the annual external audit.
- Improve accounting efficiency through transaction automation, centralization, and process enhancements.
- Ensure accurate application of sales and use tax to customer and supplier invoices.
- Develop team performance metrics and identify policy, process, and system improvements that increase accuracy and productivity.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent related experience.
- 2–5 years of experience demonstrating competency in managing shared services resources.
- Experience with large ERP systems, accounting software, and financial reporting platforms.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
- Strong leadership, project management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

The base salary range for this position is $85,000–$100,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
