Job Description
The FP&A Manager will lead financial planning, cost analysis, and core accounting functions in a dynamic environment. This hands-on role is responsible for managing the full accounting cycle, analyzing production costs, and delivering financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Working closely with leadership, the manager will ensure accurate reporting, maintain cash flow forecasts, and drive process improvements to support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations, including A/P, A/R, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial statement preparation (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Analyze and track production costs (materials, labor, output) and operational KPIs to improve efficiency, margins, and inventory valuation
- Develop and maintain dynamic cash flow forecasts, rolling financial projections, and budget vs. actual variance analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with operations, purchasing, and HR to align financial practices with business goals, while improving internal controls and reporting systems
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in accounting/FP&A
- Software: QuickBooks, MS Excel, basic ERP knowledge
- Manufacturing or Agricultural experience is a plus
- Strong communicator

The base pay range for this position is $70,000–$85,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
