Job Description
We’re seeking an Accountant that is strong in Fixed Assets & General Ledger who excels in detailed, process-driven work and enjoys guiding capital projects from initiation to completion. In this role, you’ll handle fixed asset and capital project accounting while also supporting general accounting, audits, and tax/regulatory filings.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fixed asset accounting activities, including tracking project costs, maintaining asset records, and supporting depreciation and related entries.
- Support general accounting functions such as month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of journal entries.
- Assist with reporting requirements by preparing schedules and contributing to internal, external, and regulatory filings.
- Participate in audits by providing documentation, creating workpapers, and addressing auditor inquiries.
- Contribute to overall team operations by supporting AP/AR as needed and helping improve accounting processes and workflows.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Prefer a bachelor’s degree, ideally in accounting
- Must have some experience doing accounting for fixed assets and supporting month end close activities
- Must have excellent critical thinking skills

The annual base salary for this position is $70000 – $75000 per year (excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
