Your New Opportunity
As a Mixer in a large-scale pastry manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in producing high-quality dough products enjoyed by millions. You will follow precise recipes, prepare ingredients, operate mixing equipment, and ensure every batch meets exacting quality standards. Your work supports the production line and contributes directly to product excellence.
Responsibilities
• Measure, cut, and knead dough according to exact recipe specifications
• Load bulk ingredients into mixing machines
• Manually lift, handle, and manipulate processed dough—often weighing several hundred pounds
• Feed mixed dough into conveyor lines for further production
• Inspect dough for quality and consistency throughout the process
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Adhere strictly to safety and food-handling standards
Skills & Competencies
• Strong concern for quality and accuracy
• Excellent time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
• Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs repetitively
• Reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic
Education & Experience
• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior manufacturing, food production, or machine-operation experience is helpful but not required
