How the TRN Referral Program Works
TRN’s Referral Program is designed to reward active employees who help connect us with great talent. By participating, employees acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions. Please review the following to understand how the program works and what is required to be eligible for referral bonuses.Â
Eligibility Criteria
- The referrer must be actively working on assignment at the time of the referral and in good standing with TRN.
- Referrals must be disclosed by the referred candidate at the time of that candidate’s initial application submission. Referrals noted after this point will not be honored.Â
- Only one employee may claim a referral. In the event of duplicate submissions, the first valid submission will be honored.Â
- TRN internal staff are not eligible unless otherwise approved by branch management.Â
- Referred candidates must not have previously worked for or applied with TRN within the last 6 months (unless otherwise permitted by the branch).Â
Referral Bonus Payment Conditions
- The referred employee must successfully complete the required number of hours or days worked, based on the specific branch’s referral guidelines (see below).Â
- The bonus will be paid to the referrer within 30 days of all conditions being met.Â
- Bonuses are considered taxable income and may be subject to withholding.Â
- Payment method will vary by branch and may include check, direct deposit, or gift card.Â

Additional Conditions
- Referral bonuses are not retroactive and will only be considered if disclosed at the time of application.Â
- Referrals must complete their required hours within 90 days of starting work (unless branch-specific exceptions apply).Â
- There is no limit to the number of referrals an employee can make, provided all eligibility criteria are met.Â
- In case of disputes or eligibility concerns, branch management has final authority.Â
- The company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.Â
- Any abuse or misuse of the referral program may result in disqualification, forfeiture of bonus, and potential disciplinary action.Â
- Participation in the Program does not establish or modify any employment contract, nor does it guarantee future employment opportunities for referred candidates.Â
