TRN was founded in 1984 by Founder & Chairman Don Stallard. Don was an officer and pilot in the Air Force. His service inspired the name of the company and its red, white and blue colors.
TRN is family owned and is now led by Don’s sons. Neil Stallard is TRN’s Chief Executive Officer, and Nick Stallard is Chief Growth Officer.

The Reserves Network works with over 1,000 active customers in a multitude of industries, including the office, industrial, professional and technical markets.
We place nearly 20,000 employees annually from more than 40 operating locations throughout Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin.

TRN is a frequent participant in veteran job fairs and recruiting events in the markets we serve; we recognize the importance of assisting our nation’s service men and women in finding new job opportunities.
TRN has been recognized by the Employer Support of the Guard Reserve (ESGR) for company’s efforts in the hiring of veterans. In 2010, the company was named the recipient of the AMVETS, Department of Ohio Veterans Employer of the Year. The award is presented to employers “who exhibit above average efforts to hire veterans who have barriers to employment.”
In addition, each holiday season, TRN donates to a nonprofit organization committed to providing support to those who have served in the military making the freedoms we have possible. Recipients include the National Military Family Association and Wounded Warrior Project.
