Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily manufacturing, warehouse, fabrication, and distribution operations
- Lead and develop supervisors and operational employees across multiple shifts
- Manage production scheduling, workflow efficiency, and order fulfillment
- Oversee inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and transportation logistics
- Monitor operational performance, safety, quality, and productivity
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions
- Collaborate with sales and other departments to meet customer expectations
- Maintain a strong presence on the production floor to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, inventory control, and logistics
- Experience managing multiple departments and developing operational teams
- Background in metal processing, fabrication, or industrial distribution preferred
- Familiarity with ERP systems, including SAP or similar platforms
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite with flexibility to support operational needs
