Job Description
The Inventory /Cherry Picker Forklift Operator. This position is responsible for operating a cherry picker/order picker, accurately moving cases of product throughout the warehouse, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring products are properly picked, staged, stored, and prepared for distribution.
The ideal candidate will have previous cherry picker experience, strong attention to detail, and experience working with inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Cherry Picker / Order Picker to retrieve, move, and store cases of product.
Move cases between warehouse locations based on inventory and operational needs.
Pick and stage cases accurately for customer orders and outbound shipments.
Perform inventory control functions, including verifying product quantities and warehouse locations.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory counts, and stock reconciliation.
Identify and report inventory shortages, overages, damaged products, and location discrepancies.
Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to scan, track, and update inventory.
Verify product numbers, quantities, labels, and locations before moving inventory.
Replenish picking locations and relocate inventory as needed.
Assist with shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and case movement.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures while operating powered equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet productivity and accuracy expectations in a fast-paced alcohol distribution environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous Cherry Picker / Order Picker experience required.
Previous Inventory Control or warehouse inventory experience preferred.
Experience moving and handling cases in a distribution or warehouse environment.
Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment.
Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
Ability to identify product numbers, locations, and quantities accurately.
Ability to work independently and as part of a warehouse team.
Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand, bend, reach, lift, and move cases throughout the shift.
Must follow all company and warehouse safety requirements.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull cases of product as required
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating cherry picker equipment
Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with frequent movement and equipment traffic

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
