Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join an established organization in Lincoln, NE. This position offers a mix of general ledger accounting, month-end close, and transactional accounting responsibilities across multiple business entities. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the initiative to identify process improvements while taking on additional responsibilities as they grow within the organization.

What You'll Do
- Support general ledger accounting, journal entries, and month-end close activities.
- Prepare account reconciliations, accruals, and monthly financial reports.
- Manage daily AP/AR transactions, including invoice processing and payments.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting and accounting across multiple entities.
- Identify process improvements and support accounting efficiencies.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- ERP Experience required
- Strong analytical skills, initiative, and willingness to manage both routine and complex accounting responsibilities.
