Job Description:
As a Landscaper, you will maintain and enhance outdoor spaces by mowing lawns, trimming shrubs, planting flowers and trees, and installing mulch or sod. This role operates landscaping tools and equipment, removes weeds and debris, and keeps grounds clean and well-maintained while following safety procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Work in outdoor weather conditions including heat, cold, and rain.
- Physical labor walking, lifting, digging, and bending, while using lawn equipment.
- May involve irregular hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on project deadlines and client needs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Mechanical aptitude to operate and maintain landscaping equipment.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative eye for design.
- Background check and drug screen
