Job Description
We are seeking a Talent Attraction Partner to manage full-cycle recruitment and help attract qualified talent for a leading organization. This position is ideal for a driven, proactive recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership of the recruiting process. The ideal candidate will bring at least three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, strong ATS skills, and a self-starter mentality.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities from candidate sourcing and screening through interview coordination and offer support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source and engage qualified candidates using multiple recruiting channels and techniques.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
- Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates and hiring partners throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience required.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system; PeopleSoft experience is a plus.
- Experience with Workday, iCIMS, Bullhorn, or a similar ATS is acceptable.
- Agency recruiting experience preferred.
- Driven, self-motivated professional with a strong sense of initiative and a history of achievement.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
