As a Press Operator, You Will:
Join a growing manufacturing team producing precision components used in industrial applications. In this hands-on role, you will learn to operate production press equipment, monitor parts for quality, and help keep production running safely and efficiently.
Prior press experience is not required. This is a great opportunity for a reliable, mechanically inclined candidate with strong attention to detail who is comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and willing to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production press equipment following established procedures and training
- Prepare work areas, materials, and equipment for production
- Load and unload parts and materials as needed
- Monitor equipment and finished parts to maintain production and quality standards
- Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and safety procedures
- Learn basic machine adjustments and operating procedures
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements
Qualifications and Requirements
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working around machinery and production equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable and dependable with good attendance
- Willing and able to learn press operation through on-the-job training
- Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Basic problem-solving skills and a willingness to ask questions and learn
- Manufacturing or machine operation experience is helpful, but not required
- Comfortable working in a loud and hot manufacturing/pressroom environment
- Safety-conscious and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to regularly lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally up to 50 lbs.; must be able to pass pre-employment screenings

The base salary for this position is $19 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final rate of pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity.
