Put Your Payroll Skills to Work in a Fast-Moving Environment
If you enjoy detailed payroll work, solving discrepancies, and making sure employees are paid accurately and on time, this role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a specialized payroll process. You’ll work closely with operations and accounting while gaining hands-on experience with multi-state payroll, settlements, and variable pay structures.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and verify employee pay using multiple compensation structures and adjustments
- Review weekly payroll information for accuracy and resolve issues before payroll is finalized
- Reconcile payroll data against supporting records and research discrepancies
- Partner with internal teams to answer pay questions and correct issues
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and support reporting, reconciliation, and payroll close activities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 2+ years of multi-state payroll experience
- Experience with variable pay, complex payroll calculations, or settlement-style payroll strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with calculations and high-volume data
- Experience with payroll systems and Excel
- Dependable with strong attendance and the ability to consistently meet weekly deadlines
