Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in supporting high-volume recruiting and onboarding efforts for general labor and production positions. This position manages the full-cycle recruitment process, develops candidate pipelines, and partners closely with hiring managers to meet workforce needs and hiring timelines. The Talent Acquisition Specialist also coordinates pre-employment and onboarding activities, maintains accurate records within applicant tracking and HR systems, and helps ensure a positive and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and hiring timelines
- Source, screen, interview, and manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle
- Create and maintain job requisitions, candidate records, recruiting activity, and onboarding documentation within ATS and HR systems
- Coordinate offer letters, background checks, drug screens, onboarding paperwork, system access, and other pre-employment requirements
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines while serving as a primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers through the start date
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Three (3) or more years of high-volume recruiting and/or onboarding experience required
- Manufacturing or light industrial recruiting experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR systems; iCIMS and ADP Workforce Now experience is preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently

The base pay range for this position is $30.00–$35.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
