Job Description:
Responsible for providing prompt, personable service to all levels of employees throughout our organization in various areas of human resource management including recruiting and retention efforts, employee onboarding and orientation, employee leave programs, and benefits education. Serve as a trusted resource for team members, ensuring a positive working environment for staff and a welcoming experience for our guests. Must be an efficient and organized multi-tasker with strong analytical skills and a positive attitude. Must be a true team player, willing to embrace challenge and change as an opportunity to grow and develop professionally.

Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting is required, with retail and/or pharmacy experience desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.
- Professional in Human Resource Certification desired.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources required, with experience in retail and/or pharmacy
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) required.
- Experience with ADP for Payroll preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Stack preferred.
- Experience with Leave Management required.
- Experience with MN Paid Family Leave preferred.

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth
