Have a strong accounting foundation and want the opportunity to put it into practice? This role is designed for an early-career accountant who is curious, analytical, and ready to learn from experienced accounting leaders while building broad corporate accounting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Dig into account activity to identify discrepancies and understand what is driving the numbers
- Build hands-on experience with the general ledger, financial reporting, and other core accounting functions
- Work with accounting leadership to research issues and develop solutions rather than simply processing transactions
- Gain exposure to different areas of the business while learning how accounting activities connect across the organization
- Help identify smarter, more efficient ways to complete accounting processes as your knowledge grows
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 1–3 years of accounting experience
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, GAAP, and financial statements
- Strong Excel aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and functions
- Analytical mindset with the curiosity to ask questions, investigate issues, and understand why something works
