Job Description
A large, financially strong organization is seeking a Senior Finance & Treasury Leader to provide strategic leadership across treasury and broader financial operations. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with the CFO and executive leadership while helping shape the organization’s long-term financial strategy.
The organization is entering a period of significant growth and capital investment, creating an opportunity for an experienced finance leader to bring new ideas and influence how future funding needs are approached. The right candidate will combine strong technical finance experience with the leadership presence needed to guide an experienced team and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
This role goes beyond traditional treasury management and offers meaningful involvement in financing strategy, liquidity, investments and long-term planning.

What You Will Do
- Lead treasury and broader financial operations
- Guide capital planning, financing strategy and liquidity management
- Oversee debt, investments and key external financial relationships
- Partner closely with the CFO, executive leadership and Board
- Lead and develop an experienced team
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen financial strategy and support future growth
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field
- Senior-level experience in treasury, finance, capital markets or a related area
- Strong background in debt, financing strategy and liquidity management
- Proven leadership experience with teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and bring new ideas to a complex organization
