Job Description
The Field Technician will install, configure, maintain, and support low-voltage telecommunications and security systems. This role will work with door access control, video surveillance, data and fiber optic cabling, and business phone systems. The technician will troubleshoot technical issues, provide end-user support and training, and complete cabling installations and terminations. Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, maintain, and service low-voltage systems, including access control, video surveillance, data/fiber optic cabling, and business phone systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving TCP/IP networking, servers/PCs, infrastructure, and system databases
- Pull, terminate, and install low-voltage cabling
- Provide training and support to end-users on system functionality and operation
