Job Description:
As a Kitting Associate, you will be responsible for assembling product kits according to customer specifications and established work instructions. This position requires accuracy and attention to detail to ensure each kit contains the correct products and quantities. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment where meeting production goals while maintaining quality standards is essential. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and comfortable performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble and prepare product kits according to customer specifications and work instructions.
- Verify products, quantities, labels, and packaging to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect completed kits for missing, damaged, or incorrect items before distribution or further processing.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area while following all workplace safety procedures.
- Meet daily production and quality goals in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the scheduled shift.
- Previous warehouse, packing, assembly, or kitting experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
