Job Description
In this position, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing second-shift warehouse operations, supporting employees, maintaining productivity, and ensuring daily workflow is completed efficiently and accurately. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will utilize warehouse management systems, including Deposco WMS and NetSuite, while communicating effectively with team members and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support warehouse employees during second-shift operations
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to team members to ensure daily goals and expectations are met
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and overall warehouse operations
- Utilize Deposco WMS to support inventory, order fulfillment, and warehouse activities
- Utilize NetSuite and Microsoft tools as needed to support daily operations
- Help ensure accurate and efficient movement of products throughout the warehouse
- Communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and other departments
- Address operational issues and help identify solutions to maintain productivity
- Maintain a professional, organized, and safety-conscious work environment
- Assist with prioritizing work based on business needs, headcount, and workload
- Ensure employees follow established procedures, policies, and performance expectations
- Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
- Support the team in meeting productivity, quality, and operational goals
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) required
- Experience with Deposco WMS strongly preferred
- Familiarity with NetSuite preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel
- Strong people skills and the ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening
- Must be able to work the designated second-shift schedule

The base salary range for this position is $52,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
