Job Description
A growing financial services organization is seeking an HC Analyst to support day-to-day Human Capital operations and serve as a trusted resource to employees. This newly created role offers an opportunity for growth and is ideal for an HR professional with 5+ years of HR Generalist/HR Operations experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions and requests.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, processes, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain employee letters, forms, and confidential records.
- Assist with recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
- Support benefits administration and employee inquiries.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HRIS records.
- Assist with HR reporting, analytics, and workforce metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and procedures.
- Support HR policies, compliance, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.
- Partner with Human Capital and other internal teams on HR-related projects.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 5+ years of HR Generalist, HR Operations, or HR Administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Experience preparing HR documentation and employee communications
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) preferred
- Experience with HR reporting and data analytics preferred

The base pay range for this position is $90,000 – $100,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
