Responsibilities:
- Investigate billing questions and determine the best solution for customers and business partners
- Troubleshoot system and transaction issues while identifying the root cause behind recurring problems
- Partner with teams across the organization to resolve issues and keep billing activity moving smoothly
- Analyze trends and recommend practical changes that improve processes and customer experience
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree equivalent work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and basic math skills
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
