Job Description
Support plant logistics and production operations by palletizing finished units, packaging orders, moving and organizing inventory, performing inventory counts, and maintaining a clean work environment. This role assists with material handling, inventory accuracy, product packaging, and general housekeeping activities to support dialy plant operations and customer service goals.
Responsibilities:
- Palletize and prepare units for storage and shipment
- Package orders according to established procedures
- Move materials and inventory throughout the plant
- Perform physical inventory checks to support inventory accuracy
- Assist with stocking and issuing materials as needed
- Maintain clean and orderly work areas and support general housekeeping activities
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
- Report damaged materials or safety concerns to Team Lead
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, chemical processing, or warehouse environment.
- Experience using pallet jacks, sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift preferred
- Picking, Packing, Loading, Unloading, and Palletizing Experience
