Job Description
A growing design, print, and fulfillment company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients throughout the ordering process. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for online, custom, and phone orders while helping prepare jobs for production and fulfillment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating across departments to ensure customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with new order requests across multiple product lines
- Review order information for accuracy before submitting jobs to production
- Respond to customer questions and help resolve concerns
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding special order requests
- Communicate order details clearly to support accurate production and fulfillment
Qualifications and Requirements:

- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Carrollton, TX before starting
