Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to support daily warehouse and facility operations in Houston, TX. This position involves handling automotive parts and materials, preparing parts for shipment, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable performing physically active tasks and working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, sort, and move automotive parts and materials.
- Pick and prepare parts for orders or shipment.
- Assist with inventory organization and proper material placement.
- Inspect parts for visible damage and report concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while assisting with general warehouse duties.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous warehouse, production, automotive, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a warehouse or outdoor environment and in varying temperatures.
- Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and ability to follow instructions.
- Steel-toed shoes required; must be willing to complete all required pre-employment screenings.

The base pay range for this position is $31,200–$31,200, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
