Job Description
A well-established aerospace manufacturing company is seeking a Thermal Operator (Part Cleaner) to support the production of precision ceramic components. In this hands-on production role, you will operate industrial ovens, furnaces, kilns, and high-pressure processing equipment. You will load and unload products, monitor processing cycles, follow detailed manufacturing procedures, and ensure parts meet established quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate drying ovens, post-cure furnaces, kilns, and high-pressure processing equipment
- Load and unload ceramic cores onto racks, kiln cars, and processing equipment
- Select and monitor furnace programs according to established procedures
- Move products safely between processing stages
- Maintain quality standards and complete required production documentation
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Experience operating industrial ovens, furnaces, kilns, or similar equipment is a plus
- Ability to follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to attend orientation and initial training on 1st shift for approximately three to four days
- Ability to work Monday through Friday from 2:00 p.m.–10:00 p.m.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift

The base pay range for this position is $18.00–$20.10 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
