Job Description
Join a growing manufacturing team as a Production Associate where you will support daily production by operating machinery, assembling products, inspecting quality, and preparing finished goods for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Successful candidates will follow established safety procedures while helping maintain production goals and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to work instructions
- Assemble, inspect, and package finished products to meet quality standards
- Perform visual quality inspections and report any defects or production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
- Dependable attendance and the ability to work well as part of a team
