Job Description
As an Inventory Associate, you will help maintain accurate inventory records, organize stock, and support the daily movement of merchandise throughout the facility. This role combines hands-on warehouse responsibilities with inventory control activities, including receiving, cycle counting, and discrepancy research. You will use warehouse systems and RF scanners to track products and ensure materials are stored correctly. Training will be provided to help you succeed in the position.
Responsibilities:
- Verify and receive incoming materials accurately.
- Organize and place materials in assigned storage locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Complete cycle counts, support inventory audits, investigate discrepancies, and label, sort, or relocate products as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer and data-entry skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience using a WMS and RF scanners is preferred.
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required; training may be available.
